To be honest, I never knew there's so much work to be done to get a pay rise after working 3 months in the retirement village.
The nursing manager handed me 2 booklets and papers to be done in 2 days...2 D A Y S!!including watching the 2 video tapes.
Yesh,I'm not joking,most kiwis still used video instead of a modern VCD/DVD player.

Too bad I handed in earlier and forgot to take some photos of what kind of papers I went through : sweat :

For example, the questions asked were "what is a pathogen","what is contamination","what is infection". It's more like biology/science to me rather than a Elderly Care Education. o.O
And in 2 more weeks, I'll be attending a first aid course..

I'm working as both, such a great compliment isn't it?! Sometimes it seemed to be like an advantage to me since I'm into all aspect in communication, food handling, nursing, elderly care and more ! l o l
