Been cramping with lots of notes and etc etc for the upcoming exams...but whenever started turning my head into the books, there were just so many distraction. Table needs to be clean, the wash....
Lately, been thinking about the future of mine too...
I mean after the Bsc over here,i really wish I can just go to the Jappy ground for a short time. 3 months up to a year lately. I had no idea why I thought about the Nippon but been searching and browsing and picking up quite some information and languages too.
It might be link to my studies,hmmmm...maybe...since their are the world most lowest rate of HR and HCol being in their healthy living and customs.
Right now,
back to books,
notes,
past yrs papers....

Time flashes with just a snap and Autumn's almost ending.
Feeling so exhausted and ran out after the weekend's work. I felt my whole body was like jello after the shift last night. The bells been ringing non stop and both Debbie and me had to run the whole village.
It was not a relieve when the co-workers before your shift told you,
"Welcome to the madhouse!"
Needs some charging to be done....for my own good.
Mom's birthday falls in the 20th too!
Made a call before going to work and didn't mention anything about prezzies for her. Although mom said she passed her birthday like the usual days but obviously, I had ordered a cake parcel wrapped with beautiful fresh flowers delivered to her around evening where all my others family members came around.
Just to surprize her,that's all...
Got back from work with my body aching all over and tried to make another overseas call to check if the parcel's been delivered...
Mom was happy and excited which i could heard it from her tone, and it was great to have the other family members around..
so that was a relieve for me.
2 thumbs up!
A warmest greeting and wordless appreciation to all mamas!

The greens tucked themselves in their trendies winter coat, filling the town with goldenish colour.Although their glorious day's ending soon with some loosen theirs' golden buttons onto the busy streets with people and cars buzzling along but as humble as they had been..for thousands years.
And along came May..
It had been a while since I read through the recipe books on the shelf. The once baking joy I used to have was long buried and the books are now hidden heavily under the dust. So, I dragged myself back to the kitchen with all the utensils out and walah! Here's the 1st baking during March for 2007.
A healthy muffin without used of butter.
Ingredients:
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup bran
2/3 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1 punnet of berries
strawberry jam [optional]
Mix all the wet ingredients together and combine them to the dry.Stir through but not overly mix.Divide the mixture into greased muffin pan and drop a teaspoon of jam onto each, slightly pushing the jam into the mixture to prevent overflow during baking.
Pop into a 180 c preheat oven and bake for 20-25 mins or until the muffins spring back when touch.
